We should probably try to get some sort of RSVP list going so we don't over (or under) buy meat/rolls.
As far as I know the Blum clan is planning to attend.

I think we were going to be meeting there at 11am to get things set-up and start the grill for a noon lunch.

We just bought hamburgers, hot dogs and Italian sausage (and the appropriate rolls)
I also will be bringing some brownies.
Not sure if we still have any charcoal...

Alan & I are planning to attend. I was planning on bringing a mac. salad. Is that OK?

Mac salad sounds fine. I don't think anyone else was bringing that.
